I recommend reaching out 2-3 weeks in advance whenever possible. Availability varies, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute orders may be accommodated depending on availability.

No. Submitting an inquiry form does not reserve your date or guarantee your order. Your order is confirmed once all details have been finalized, approved by both parties and payment has been received.

Payment is made my e-transfer at time of booking.

For regular custom orders, I require full payment to book. For larger orders and for all Wedding orders, I require a 50% deposit of the order total. Remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event date.

Inspiration photos are welcome and encouraged! It’s a great way for me to use them as inspiration to design your unique orders. Exact replicas are not guaranteed as each item and order is handmade.

Orders are available for pickup in Langley, B.C. at the time and date discussed by both parties. The exact pickup address and instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Please let me know about any allergies or dietary requirements when submitting your inquiry as some requests can be accommodated. While I do my best to accommodate certain requests, my kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

I understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancelations made more than 14 days before the agreed pickup date may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the agreed pickup date are Non-Refundable, as ingredients, supplies, and preparations for your custom order may have already begun.
